The U.S. Congress has just voted to approve the second round of COVID-19 Relief Package: $900 billion. This pandemic aid bill include Individual benefits of $600 direct payment checks, $300 per week of Unemployment benefits, some $68 billion to purchase and distribute COVID-19 vaccines and help states conduct testing, $82 billion in funding for schools and universities, $284 billion for Paycheck Protection Program loans for small businesses, $7 billion to increase access to broadband Internet and more.
Our community leaders who have proper knowledge of the relief will help us understand better the benefits. Tune in to the BACI’s Center for Integration and Community Development Facebook page on Wednesday, December 23, 8:00 – 9:00 PM EST to ask and engage with our panelists.
